Last Saturday we got up earlyish and headed to Cabela’s. Cabela’s was teaching kids 12 and under how to fish. Really they just gave them a pole with a worm on the end and the kids put their worm into a small pond full of trout. It didn’t take them very long and all 4 kids had caught a fish. Then they had a Cabela’s employer fillet their fish to take home to eat. We haven’t cooked them yet but we will one day.
After fishing we went and bought a new lawnmower, took Madison to her violin rehearsal, put the lawnmower together, picked up Madison and went to Applebee’s for lunch.
Later on Jenna got to go bowling,play laser tag and play at an arcade for Lily Fogg’s Birthday party. Madison went to Camille Erickson’s Birthday party and played games and watched a movie. Both girls got back around 8:30 and both had so much fun.
What a busy productive Saturday!
