Katie’s Welcome into Young Women's

So last week the Beehive President of our ward emailed me and asked me if the girls in the beehive class could come and decorate Katie's room to welcome her into young women's. So when we all left tonight to take Madison to Violin lessons I left the front door open. David came home before the rest of us and scared 5 Beehive girls thinking Katie was home earlier than I said she would be. Then a little bit later we came home and when Katie opened her door she was very surprise and understood why I had insisted her room stay clean today. She is very excited for the next week to pass and to go into Young Women's. I’m sure there will be another official welcome from the leaders since the room décor was solely the beehive class members, but we’ll blog about that later.

I can’t believe my little girl is going into Young Women’s and the first thing she is talking about is doing Baptisms for the Dead. I’m a proud mom!
