November 12th Day 12: Today I am thankful for so many things my heart is full and bringing tears to my eyes for all my awesome blessings. I’m thankful that my legs are feeling better and I can almost walk without crying from the pain from working out so much. I’m thankful for Friday’s, my date day that I get to spend time with my sweetheart. I’m thankful for the opportunity to work at the school with my girls and that I can be involved with them. I’m thankful for people who go to school to learn to help others in their time of grief. For people who focus on helping those of us who are having difficult days and want to make sure we have all the tools to make life easier. I’m thankful for my wonderful family who I adore and am so eternally grateful for. I’m also thankful that David is sore today from working out, (I’m not the only one who is out of shape)LOL!
November 11th Day 11: Thursday I was thankful that I was able to exercise with my sweetie in the morning and laugh together and play together with Isaac. I was thankful that I was able to see Matt and Alice and that Alice’s Dr. Appointment went really well and the baby is doing great. I am thankful that my little brother gets to be a daddy and has a wonderful wife. I was also thankful for my phenomenal mother who is always there for us and helps us even when we don’t really know if we need it or not. I was thankful for my amazing husband who took time to help all my girls work on their science fair projects at the last minute. He is the best dad I believe they could ever have. I love him dearly. I also can’t forget all those Veteran’s out there who have given their time and lives for our freedom.
November 10th Day 10: Wednesday I was first thankful that David got to come home a day early. But then on his was home I was thankful for all our tiny blessings. First of all I’m thankful that his car broke down at a truck stop 1/2 way home and not on the side of the road. Then I was thankful that I have a wonderful Sister In Law who took my 3 youngest kids and fed them dinner and helped them with their homework while Katie and I went to Willard Bay to get David. I was thankful that Katie rode with me so I didn’t have to go by myself. I was thankful that my awesome little brother met me there and looked at David’s car to confirm what was wrong with it and told us he’d come and get it the next day and take it to a place where my Dad can work on it. So obviously I am also thankful that I have an amazing Dad who can fix the car for us and is willing to do it even though it will probably be a pain in the butt.
