House Update...Ughhh!!!

We need some renters now please send anyone you know who's looking our way. It has 5 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The lease will probably only month to month so it'd help us tremendously if someone just wanted it for even a month then we could sign on our house.

We found out today that we are approved for everything for the house but we have to have it rented out with a lease, first months rent and security deposit paid for before they will let us have the loan. If you know someone interested they can call Axiom Property Management and ask them to set up a day and time to see it

The problem is that with two houses it makes our Income to Debt ratio to high and so they don't want us paying on two house payments. They want to be sure they will get their money. I understand where the bank is coming from but it's difficult becasue we can't rent this house out becasue we're living in it until we buy a new house and we can't buy a new house until this house sells or is rented.

This Stinks....

We're waiting to find out how much time the seller is willing to give us to find renters then we'll just have to wait and see what happens. So it looks like we may be here in beautiful Pocatello and the Marvolous Holman Ward a little bit longer. I do love it here but I was really hoping to be moved before the new year. We're going to keep praying that it will still happen if we get those magic renters ASAP..

  1. On second thought maybe this just isn't the house for us. I'm just overwhelmed and don't know what to do or think.

  2. It is definitely frustrating to have a foot in two places~work in Utah and a home in Idaho. Maybe now you can just enjoy Christmas, and look, your tree is already up! Good luck with it all....

  4. We wish you could stay, but I know what it's like to be moving to the next step and feel like you're being held back. Keep the faith - in my experience the Lord likes to keep you nervous until the very last minute, then something will turn out. Sometimes things aren't exactly what I planned, but they are always better. He knows what we need! We love ya!
